Auberge Beach Residences & Spa

OUR CHALLENGE

Auberge Resorts Collection and The Related Group challenged us to introduce a Michelin-Star quality experience to the East Coast. Located in Fort Lauderdale with some of the most exquisite and exclusive beachfront property in Southeast Florida, Auberge Beach Residences & Spa represent the first condominium property in the Auberge Resorts Collection. With 171 units, the property also features world-class relaxation at The Spa and a modern beachfront culinary experience at DUNE. Positioned as ‘Life Under the Sun,’ we developed luxury branding, marketing, and sales materials to attract interested buyers. The condominium was able to reach full occupancy in less than 18 months.

OUR CHALLENGE

As an extension of Auberge Beach Residences & Spa, DUNE Fort Lauderdale is the first culinary experience on the East Coast from the Michelin Star portfolio of the Auberge Resorts Collection. Inspired by a pristine panoramic beachfront, our positioning “Outstanding, Naturally” captured the spirit of their culinary excellence. The new generation beach house has catapulted into a sensation in the South Florida restaurant scene, praised in publications such as Food & Beverage Magazine, Ocean Drive Magazine, and Forbes’ “Discover Florida Anew: Highlights and Hidden Gems In Fort Lauderdale.”

OUR CHALLENGE

Located inside of the world-class Auberge Beach Residences & Spa Fort Lauderdale is The Spa; an immaculate experience that epitomizes “Wellness, that’s well beyond the ordinary.” We were challenged by Auberge Resorts Collection and The Related Group to launch their luxury concept that embraces the four essential elements of their surrounding environment—Sea, Salt, Sand and Sound—to define their hand-crafted practices. Focusing the elements as the brand’s core essence, we developed a first-class visual identity that helped secure the brand exposure in publications such as Forbes, Conde Nast Traveler’s “The Wellness Treatments We’ll Travel For in 2019,” Haute Living, and many more.
